Use the form at right if your copier or printer needs service or toner. Please DO NOT CALL the SISU Help Desk for printer-copier-toner-scanner problems!
- This Service/Toner Request form should be sued if your copier or printer does NOT report toner alerts so that you can order the toner as you need it from Marco.
- Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, will ship the same day and be here the next day. Materials Management staff will deliver the cartridges to the appropriate department.
- ONLY replace toner cartridges when the copier/printer is reporting “Empty” or print quality decreases. Just because you receive a new cartridge, it is not necessary to replace the old one immediately.
- All empty cartridges should still be brought to the Materials Management for recycling.
