Reason for Recognition? Thanks for the extra training in phlebotomy so you can draw labs too! This helps in infection prevention, minimizes PPE use, and increases efficiency. Drawing labs off of IV starts in ER and Outpatient Services has always helped the whole patient experience and lab is thankful for that too! You guys are doing awesome!
