Reason for Recognition? I wanted to share this with all of you to brighten your day.

I just got off the phone with a patient who did an establish care visit to get a COVID test here at Welia. They expressed that they have not ever been to Welia and that after this experience they are planning to come here. The friendliness, kindness, and the willingness of all staff to take the time to listen to them was unlike what they had experienced in other organizations.

I tried to pull out anyone from the chart to send this too and I very well could have missed someone but I hope this brightens your day! I know it brightened mine.
