Reason for Recognition? The anesthesia department would like to recognize and thank everyone in our fabulous dietary department. Beyond the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere the dietary staff are gold stars on top of it all. We greatly appreciate the outstanding staff that know us by name and provide us with encouraging dialogue and friendly banter. The bit of "normalcy" we find down in the dining room is a welcome relief. Thank you all!!
