Reason for Recognition? This afternoon I witnessed Becca go above and beyond to care for our patients. When escorting a patient out to his vehicle upon discharge, she took the time to scrape about 6 inches of snow off of his car. She was not wearing a jacket, hat or mittens but she still gave that personal touch to let the patient know she wanted him safe and cared for until he was on his way. It is truly inspiring to see people like Becca put the extra time and effort into caring. Employees like Becca are the reason why Welia is a great place to give and receive care.
