Reason for Recognition? Thank you to Beth for saving the day for a patient! We had a patient that had lab orders from today and from another day. I didn't correctly let lab know about previous order, so it did not get done. When I called her, she was great about finding the blood before it was sent out and adding the test on to it. It saved the patient from having to go to a facility and have it done.
I appreciate her going the extra mile very much!!
