Reason for Recognition? Jennifer had a Patient stop at the Front Desk in Hinckley concerned about an urgent referral that was placed for her and possible insurance issues. Jennifer emailed the referral team right away and I was able to assist this Patient with her concerns. The Patient was very happy with Jen and how this was handled for her. She just really thought Jen was so kind, thoughtful and wonderful.
