Reason for Recognition? IT can be a challenge for many of us...past the ripe age of 35 y/o.
Mandy helped walk me through a fairly complex (at least for me) IT challenge. She did this in a very, very, intelligent and kind manner .
For those of us that are not particularly handy with all the IT programs with their bells and whistles...it is indeed fortunate there are patient and IT smart co-workers that do not make me feel more inept that I already feel.
