Reason for Recognition? I want to recognize Oshane for being so helpful today. I had a patient fall off my schedule today and was unable to find the patient again. Oshane was able to find the information and called me back, I really appreciated that.

Reason for Recognition? Two separate patients voiced this week how pleased they were with the kind and professional care they received. Each patient was very happy with how quickly they were tended to, how engaged the staff were, questions were answered, and results given to them in a timely manner. "This is the best place I have ever been to received care!"

Reason for Recognition? You are so great to work with. We have had the opportunity to see Mitch work with the outpatient total joint replacement patients and he is wonderful. He makes each patient feel comfortable and listened to. He is also collaborative and always willing to help.

Reason for Recognition? A patient came into the clinic on 11/7/2022 to see Dr. Valentine and Patience. She stated she was very impressed! Patience called in her quickly, after x-ray did all the questions, and took her paperwork for her LOA. Dr. Valentine came in almost immediately, showed her the x-ray, was very nice, took time to explain and even got her sense of humor! Patience came back in when he was done and had her CT scheduled, gave her a copy of her LOA paperwork, and had already faxed it to Allina! Great teamwork and excellent patient care!!!

Reason for Recognition? Breanna and Reid both worked with a patient in the clinic providing excellent care to prevent the patient from having to be sent to the emergency room. They stayed with the patient, kept the provider informed of any changes and monitored the patient closely. You both are a great asset to our clinic nursing team!

Reason for Recognition? Mindy went above and beyond in picking up a patient's belongings in Pine City and delivered them to the hospitalized patient. The patient had no transportation and no way to be able to do this. Great work Mindy!!

Reason for Recognition? Urgency Services on 10/18/2022 was overwhelmed by many patients that arrived at their site to be seen due to various reasons. Due to the exceptional team on duty, they were able to quickly triage patients, send them to the appropriate disposition in a timely manner, and take care of the ones that were appropriate to be seen in Urgency Services. Excellent service for our patients in our community! Thank you!
