Reason for Recognition? I was on the phone scheduling a new patient and had a patient triage and two other patients walk in. I quickly helped the triage walk in as the phone was put on hold and then I asked Jen to take my phone patient so I could get to the next two patients that where standing in the lobby. She took the patient on the phone for me while I attended to the patients in the lobby! Thank you Jen!!!

Reason for Recognition? Joan was able to discuss colonoscopy needs with a patient, using her own experiences to calm fears. Patient went ahead with procedure and was thankful she had it done.

Reason for Recognition? I just wanted to say that Danielle went above and beyond for a patient that was having a heart attack. She contacted Pine City staff to let them know there was a patient coming in with chest pain. The Pine City staff followed all the proper steps and this patient was airlifted out and received amazing medical care!

Reason for Recognition? Angela went above and beyond to find out about prior authorizing a medication. She was able to find out that capsules were covered, not tablets, and that the patient will only have a $1 copay. The patient was going to be out of medication today and very appreciative. Thanks!
