Reason for Recognition? I saw a patient in clinic today and she and her husband couldn't say enough nice things about the care she received while in the hospital. She specifically called out Michael multiple times and praised his care, attentiveness, and compassion he gave her.

Reason for Recognition? I had three patients walk-in at the same time and Kelli happily came down to help even when it was near her shift end. I knew I was going to need some extra time with a prior patient so she jumped in without hesitation. Sarah covered phones during this time so we could make it all happen. I am so thankful for this awesome team!! Thank you!

Reason for Recognition? All of you jumped right in to help Brittany G with telehealth. Laura wrote a cheat sheet, Charity and Barbie helped set up and try to connect the stethoscope, and when the stethoscope didn't work Will drove from Mora to Pine and fixed it!
This is a perfect example of interdepartmental collaboration and makes me so proud to be a part of the Welia Team!

Reason for Recognition? I was having a patient with several needs at the end of the day and a patient still in the waiting room. Brittany was finished and getting ready to leave. When she saw I looked a bit stressed she offered to help. It was great that she was able to run to lab and collect the needed specimen containers and direct this patient out so I could get my physical roomed. I really appreciate your willingness to assist at the end of your day! You have been so helpful this week and I want to recognize you and let you know how you have made my day!
