Reason for Recognition? Urgency Services wants to thank George again for coming to the rescue July 4th when we were experiencing electrical issues. He was available again later in the day, when we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. He kept us informed of his progress on addressing the problems along the way and was able come to Pine City Clinic the next morning to get it running and cool everything down. We appreciate your dedication, George! Thank you!!

We had a number of changes to our cataract surgery schedule and Becky has (and will continue to I'm sure) call MANY patients to see if they would like to bump up their surgery date(s) which is a lot of time/effort to do so. Trista worked diligently to get this kiddo to the right professional group, calling around to find who would accept him. Every step of the way communicating with our team, getting more details or troubleshooting the process. In the end helping the family feel more at ease and going above and beyond in her level of professionalism and teamwork!! Exceptional Care for this kiddo and we appreciate you.

Reason for Recognition? I wanted to share this with all of you to brighten your day.

I just got off the phone with a patient who did an establish care visit to get a COVID test here at Welia. They expressed that they have not ever been to Welia and that after this experience they are planning to come here. The friendliness, kindness, and the willingness of all staff to take the time to listen to them was unlike what they had experienced in other organizations.

I tried to pull out anyone from the chart to send this too and I very well could have missed someone but I hope this brightens your day! I know it brightened mine.

Reason for Recognition? During a very crazy morning, Roxanne noticed we where STRUGGLING to get the training headset to work, no kidding 4 nurses with written directions trying-hilarious! Roxanne walked over gently said "may I help" and 15 seconds later we where on the phones and training!! That simple act of noticing others in need and acting on it was truly a blessing today!!!
