Reason for Recognition? Jennifer had a Patient stop at the Front Desk in Hinckley concerned about an urgent referral that was placed for her and possible insurance issues. Jennifer emailed the referral team right away and I was able to assist this Patient with her concerns. The Patient was very happy with Jen and how this was handled for her. She just really thought Jen was so kind, thoughtful and wonderful.

Reason for Recognition? When I left work yesterday it was discovered that I had a flat tire. I made a few calls with no luck of getting help from local shops. I came inside to see if Facilities had an air tank. George was sitting at his desk and was more than willing to help me. Once we got the air tank over to my vehicle we were unable to get my tire filled with air. George was kind enough to stay and help me get the spare tire on my van so I could get home. He stayed on his personal time to help me out. I truly appreciated all his kindness and work.
