Reason for Recognition? With "up-grades" there always seems to be more to be done... and differently... to get the same stuff done appropriately. I saw my first patient of the morning and went to do my appropriate E-work for printing out a glasses prescription. I went about it in the same fashion that I have for 4-5+ years and I was unable to find my way... unable to print up the glasses prescription. Taking my issue to Bonnie she sent in a note to IT. IT came down and listened to my story and suggested that I contact SISU #9191. Long story short , Bonnie did some further reading / research / phone consulting and 'Got It Figured Out'! I am so thankful that Bonnie is a tremendously Engaged, Professional, Teamwork, Community Focused/ Driven employee and is here to lend assistance , ALWAYS!! "Thanks as always, Bonnie. Troy"
