I needed assistance with reporting from a system I was unfamiliar with and within an hour Sara not only provided the answers I needed for a short notice meeting, but she created step by step documentation I was able to give to our shared colleague. Thank you for being so willing to share knowledge and to drop what you are doing to help me. You a wealth of knowledge to everyone in IT and outside of IT and you are so appreciated for that! You are probably one of the busiest people within our department but are always willing to help.
