My transition into Welia, as well as my transition out of training for this position at Welia, has gone very smoothly thanks to all the knowledgeable, patient, professional, and accommodating staff members here. Reason for Recognition? HUGE shout out to the Triage RN's and Clinic LPN's who helped coordinate coverage of the call lines in a moment's notice the last three days! Swapping roles, problem solving together, and supporting one another in unexpected circumstances flowed so well with the team and provided great patient care at the same time! Great work everyone!

Reason for Recognition? Holy Smokes, clinic is sending a HUGE kudos to Sara Helmbrecht and the IT team doing all the behind the scenes work. 3 days of phones not working in the clinic for registration and nursing creates HUGE chaos and they have been nothing but wonderful and working so hard throughout the mess. WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR YOU!!!

Reason for Recognition? I want to recognize Lincoln! She is so sweet, kind and caring when talking to patients on the phone. Before she hangs up, she asks if there is anything else she can help with. If they need to make an appointment, she helps them make it, instead of transferring the call. She is such an important team player. Welia is so lucky to have her!

Reason for Recognition? I just want to say thank you so much to my amazing coworkers! We had a tiny scare with my "ticker" yesterday. These girls acted fast to come to my aid.
