Reason for Recognition? Thanks for the tag-team effort late Monday night to resolve an unexpected and prolonged PACs system downtime. We contacted multiple vendors in a short time, explained all of the details and got them focused on finding a solution. It took some time to pinpoint and resolve the problem while keeping your Rad staff updated and working. Communication was key as we were both working off site, but were able to keep everyone on track until it was resolved. Winner!

Reason for Recognition? Thanks for assisting me with needed details and testing outgoing calls during an unexpected phone system downtime late Monday night. Your cheerful voices & easy communication while our vendor was working to resolve the issue in the middle of the night made the task seem much less hectic. Detailed information gave us a specific starting point to track down the issue & get the phones working again - great teamwork - thanks!

Reason for Recognition? Shanna is an amazing coworker. She took time to help me get my Excellian set up so charting and seeing certain things on patients was way easier. She explained how to do it and how she has things set up. Even if I might not use a certain function she explained why it might be nice to still have. I now have an easier functioning Excellian screens. I truly appreciated her time to sit with me and complete this task!

Reason for Recognition? George was able to plead a case with the Hinckley post master to move our mailbox closer to the building. We have been trying to get it moved for years. He also came today and moved it to its new location, so we are not having to walk a long way to get the mail this winter! Thank you George
