Reason for Recognition? I dispensed a pair of glasses Friday for a patient who used her after cataract Medicare benefit. The billing is usually pretty time consuming, but Marty had everything figured out and documented. He made things very easy for the next employee to deal with. Thanks Marty!

Reason for Recognition? A PTCC student raved about the experience these nurses provided her while she had clinicals for two days in Pine City clinic. She mentioned Miranda and Charity by name, but added all the nurses in PC were so helpful. She explained what a great experience she had and how thankful she was that all nurses welcomed her. Great job!

Reason for Recognition? When talking with an OB patient in her room, the father expressed how happy he was with the care and treatment given to them during their stay at FirstLight. He said "everyone here has been great" and the patient agreed.

Reason for Recognition? Jeanelle took a call from a patient who I originally had. She was able to get them an appointment the week they wanted with a provider they wanted. The patient was very happy and so was I!! Thank you!!
