Reason for Recognition? Margie was charge nurse for a very busy 12 hours and then stayed 4 extra hours with no time to eat dinner until hours after everyone else had eaten. Her dedication and willingness to stay 16 hours on a very busy day is amazing. Thank you Margie!

Reason for Recognition? I want to give a huge shout out to these ladies for being amazing team players this week. We have had record numbers in referrals while be very short staffed. They have stepped up tremendously!! Taking on tasks that some have never or barely done before and doing an awesome job! My leadership team has been amazing during this busy time!! They have gone above and beyond to get me the tools and staffing I need to help our patients! I am very proud to call you my coworkers and be part of such a great team!!

Reason for Recognition? The Crunch Crew did an amazing job at the Pine County Fair. I heard many compliments about the Crunch Crew and community was excited to have FirstLight at Kids Days handing out healthy snacks.

Ashley took it upon herself to start calling patients that are scheduled for 8/23/18 to inform them about the parking lot remodel that will be starting and giving them a heads up as to where they will be able to park. This demonstrates great patient care! Awesome job Ashley and thank you!!
