Reason for Recognition? As a patient was pulling in to the clinic parking lot she slid into the ditch. Mark helped the tow company get her car out of the ditch. He pulled the car up to the front door of the clinic and cleaned all the snow off of it for her.

Reason for Recognition? Today a patient took off work to have a Dexa. The patient was scheduled for a mammogram next week. I asked Karen if she could do it today and she said absolutely and took her right back (even though it was probably Karen's lunch break). The patient was very appreciative because now she will not have to come in during her lunch break next week to have her mammogram. Thank you for Karen being so accommodating!
