Reason for Recognition? A family member of a patient came up and expressed genuine gratitude for Amy's positivity, professionalism and excellent patient care. They also stated her attitude and demeanor makes our ER more welcoming and inviting than so many other emergency rooms.

Reason for Recognition? A patient called this morning asking for her records to be transferred. After I got all the information I needed she went on to say that our nurses are the best. She said if it had not been for their help and support she would not have been able to leave her abusive relationship and move on with her life.
