Congratulations to Patient Service Specialist and Clinic Scheduling!
Reason for Recognition? A patient presented to the MORA front desk registration on his way out and wanted to thank all of us at Registration for being the frontline, but more specifically noted that the whoever answers the phone and schedules appointments are very kind and said that something about their voice is just calming and makes him feel so good. He also said that if he feels that way, he was sure others did too! :)
