Reason for Recognition? A patient called pharmacy to update medication allergies and praised urgency services for how well they took care of her and how smooth the whole process was when she had an allergic reaction to a medication. She stated that she would tell any senior wanting to move to pine city that they can rest assured because of the skills urgency services has. She also let me know that when she was transferred to the next facility that they were extremely impressed with the lines that were placed in the patient. This patient told me she feels safe in her community knowing they are there. Nice job Urgency Services!!!!
