Reason for Recognition? During a very crazy morning, Roxanne noticed we where STRUGGLING to get the training headset to work, no kidding 4 nurses with written directions trying-hilarious! Roxanne walked over gently said "may I help" and 15 seconds later we where on the phones and training!! That simple act of noticing others in need and acting on it was truly a blessing today!!!
