Reason for Recognition? Thank you to the surgery charge nurses. They are very devoted and committed to the department and the hospital. They do an incredible job critically thinking and adjusting to the ever changing surgery schedule ensuring things run smoothly for our patients. They go above and beyond in their charge nurse duties to improve the way the department functions and keep morale up which results in happier staff and therefore better patient care. They are incredibly passionate about what they do. They truly care and it shows.
