Donate new toys for local families this holiday season. Collection runs through December 9th!

Bell Ringing
Dates run from November 26th-December 23rd. 2-hour shift required at Coborns in Mora. Dress up and raise funds for the local community.

4pm start. Represent Welia in the holiday parade!
Holiday Madness for Pine CityDec 7th
Represent Welia at a booth as Pine City kicks off their holiday season with local businesses
Holiday Madness PC Jingle Bell Jog 5K Fun RunDec 7th
4pm-6pm in Pine City. Volunteers needed to help run and coordinate the race

To reset your password click the Forgot? and the system will walk you through the process. HR can reset your passwords and get you your login information too, please email hr@welia.org and we will send you this information. Once you get started, you may, at any time during the process log out and log back in later to complete your enrollment, your elections will autosave. Please be sure to click all the way through to signing the documents, clicking finish, and submit. Please click below on the employee enrollment experience for best practices for utilizing Ease.

Note: Even if you plan to waive all benefits, it is still required for you to schedule a meeting or self-enroll to designate your beneficiaries and capture your waivers in the enrollment system. Please remember that to continue with benefits for 2025 you DO have to complete one of the above steps for enrollment, either self-enroll or enroll with a benefits counselor, even if you are waiving coverage. I know that some new hires just completed this process and yes, you will have to enroll for 2025.
