Physical Wellbeing
The last day of Wellness Week was about physical wellbeing — physical activity, nutrition, and sleep. Below are some great resources to check out!
Environmental Wellbeing
Environmental wellbeing is having access to nature and clean air and water. One way to improve that is to be more sustainable. Use the tips below to help:
Social and Spiritual Wellbeing
Social Wellbeing is about connection, belonging, and having a support system. Take a few minutes to celebrate a friendship (and let them know!):
Spiritual Wellness is finding your sense of purpose and meaning in life. Learn what ikigai is and find yours!
Mental Wellbeing
Mental Wellbeing is all about mental health, creativity, and expanding your knowledge and skills. Take a moment this week to work on your mental wellbeing.
The Employee Assistance Program, or EAP as its commonly referred to, is an employee resource designed to address significant life problems.

Emergencies or crises: 1-800-550-6248 (this is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week)
Invest Program – Update from Medica
Medica has identified an issue with the eligibility for Invest employees. Employees who are eligible for Invest are currently unable to register on the mobile app or website. We apologize for the delay and are working to correct the issue. Please continue to wear your activity tracking device, it will track your steps and sleep 14 days into the past and will credit you back to January 1, 2020. My Fitness Pal will also allow you to track your calories back to 1/1/20. Because of this delay Medica will credit you for any lost days of earning opportunities until we have loaded your eligibility into our system.
If you created an account in 2020 under Medica My Health Rewards (gift card program) you will need to create a NEW account under Medica My Health Rewards Invest when you are able to access the Invest program.
We will keep you updated as to when the eligibility is entered into our INVEST site.
Financial Wellbeing
Here’s the Financial Wellbeing info that’s available in Meeting Room 1 (Mora) and break rooms (Pine City and Hinckley) until tomorrow:
There will also be Financial Peace University classes offered at Calvary Lutheran Church: Tuesdays at 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. starting Jan. 7, 2020, Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. starting Jan. 8 or Sundays at 2 p.m. starting Jan. 12. The lessons each week will be the same at each session so if someone misses one meeting they can attend another that same week so as not to miss any topics. There is a $20 registration fee for the normally $99 class per household with limited childcare available. If you have questions, call Jodi Bakke at 320-220-2181.
