Employee Gym Orientation

Have you been putting off your employee gym orientation? Michele from Rehabilitation Services will be available in the employee gym on Tuesday, October 8th from 3-5pm for any employee who wants to complete orientation and gain access to the gym and fitness room! No appointment necessary!

Employee flu shot walk-in schedule: 2019

Employee flu shots will be available during the following dates:

• Mora campus, meeting room 2: 7:30am-4pm – Tuesday, September 24th
• Mora campus, meeting room 3: 7:30am-4pm – Wednesday, September 25th
• Mora campus, meeting room 4: 7:30am-4pm – Wednesday, October 2nd
• Mora campus, meeting room 2: 7:30am-1:30pm – Thursday, October 3rd
• Hinckley and Pine City campuses: employees are encouraged to seek out someone on the nursing staff to give them their flu shot.

Facility Operations

Mora campus re-roofing project- 9/9/19

A notification from Mark Vizenor (x3475):

As you may have noticed already we have started to mobilize for yet another construction project.

The roof on the 1971 and 1996 additions of the Mora campus (northwest corner of the building) are slated to be repaired.  This project will not affect anyone or anything internally.

Expect this project to last about 2 months or until the weather turns too cold for applying materials.  Please be aware that some of the parking spots along Clark Street will be unavailable during that time and there should not be any smell of tar during application.
