  • Enroll online – refer to the FirstLight Ease Steps below which will walk you through the online enrollment – https://firstlight.easecentral.com/
  • Enroll using the call center – refer to the Call Center Flier below which gives you the number to call and speak with a benefit consultant
  • Enroll with a benefit consultant – they are available during the following times (no appointment necessary):
    • November 13th, 7:30am-4:00pm – Mora Campus, Training Room
    • November 14th, 8:30am-5:00pm – Mora Campus, Training Room

    • November 16th, 7:00am-4:00pm – Mora Campus, Training Room
  • Enroll with Human Resources – we can help you enroll, stop by or call

Please remember that in order to continue with benefits for 2019 you do have to complete one of the above steps for enrollment, either self-enroll, via phone or in person.  You do not have to meet with a benefits counselor if you do not qualify for benefits.  This year the health insurance rates were calculated based on plan utilization, please see the Employee Benefits – 2019 below for the rates.  As you will notice on the attachment the health insurance rates did increase along with the dental insurance, in both cases this was due to utilization.  I will be emailing the 2019 users guides to all employees as soon as they become available, so please watch for them.

If you have any questions about this process or about scheduling a meeting time, please feel free to contact Human Resources.

NOTIFICATION #86, OCTOBER 22, 2018

The map below highlights the availability around the SOUTH area of the clinic. Employees will still be able to use the south clinic entrance and park in the Zion Church lot (40 spots only); also the current walking path between Zion and FL will be moved to the west.

Rehabilitation patients will continue to use half of the SOUTH lot, so no employee parking should be in that area. The new Highway 65 / 23 entrance will also open allowing patients to choose to park right for hospital services or left for clinic services.

Any questions or issues should be directed to Mark Vizenor (x3475).

Please note, this notification is weather dependent.
