Annual Benefits Fair

FirstLight Health System’s Human Resources Department would like to invite you to come and meet our benefit vendors.
The following vendors will be on site:
- BCBS of Minnesota
- Delta Dental of Minnesota
- Sand Creek – FirstLight’s Employee Assistance Program
- 457b Plans (deferred compensation) – Three vendors available Ron Gloe, Bob Root and Scott Elwood.
- Colonial Life – Voluntary Benefits
- Assurant – Life and Long Term Disability
- StarLight Committee
- MMA (Marsh & McLennen Agency) – Broker for benefits administration * Based on feedback from employees, we have made a change to our benefits administration in an effort to streamline the billing process. MMA will replace Hanratty & Associates as our broker effective 1/1/2016. Plan details and design will be coming shortly.
There will be giveaways and popcorn! We would really like to see you there!
Employees working at satellite clinics on October 19th will have goodie bags delivered on October 21st filled with benefit information and some treats.
