Our Heart to Heart support group\, led by experienced cardiac rehabilitation professionals\, provides education\, counseling\, and support. Learn about healthy lifestyle habits\, stress management\, and the latest treatment options. \nAs a community service\, there is no charge for this support group\, and everyone is welcome to attend. For more information\, call 320.225.3364. \nThe Heart to Heart Support Group meets the fourth Tuesday of every month\, excluding the summer\, from 2–3pm at the Welia Center.
