Important Construction Updates: June 6, 2019

Please read about two important construction updates below.

1) Beginning Monday, June 17, all CT scans at the Mora campus will be performed in the mobile unit that will be parked on Clark Street. The current CT room will be remodeled. Work is expected to be complete on Tuesday, July 2nd.

2) Also on Monday, June 17 until Friday June 21, the employee gym will NOT be accessible for that time as carpeting is being replaced in the surgery waiting area.  This also impacts access to administration, please use the south stair case (in the clinic). Temporary surgery waiting area will be in Lisa Rath’s old office (Room #2184) located just down from endoscopy in the surgery hallway.

Reach out to Mark Vizenor X3475), Bob Woods (x3436) or Diane Bankers (x3522) with concerns.

If you are looking for a place to workout, the Wellness Center is an option.  Every FLHS employee is eligible for a FOB that grants access. The only requirement is viewing a PPT on Rilas (the new employee education site located on the intranet). Please bring your completed form to HR.  Questions can be directed to Anna Schultz (x3586)  Current class schedule is here.  If you rather grab your sneakers and take a walk or go for a run outside, click here to view maps for 1, 2, 3 & 4 miles.

NOTIFICATION #86, OCTOBER 22, 2018

The map below highlights the availability around the SOUTH area of the clinic. Employees will still be able to use the south clinic entrance and park in the Zion Church lot (40 spots only); also the current walking path between Zion and FL will be moved to the west.

Rehabilitation patients will continue to use half of the SOUTH lot, so no employee parking should be in that area. The new Highway 65 / 23 entrance will also open allowing patients to choose to park right for hospital services or left for clinic services.

Any questions or issues should be directed to Mark Vizenor (x3475).
