Employee Event

This spring we are competing in an employee scavenger hunt.  The goal is to collect as many hidden Bee the Buzz tokens as possible around all three campuses AND on our website. Because Earth Day is April 22^nd, we are doing a succulent bar as a prize! The more tokens you collect, the more add-ons you get for your succulent. 

What: Collect Bee the Buzz tokens hidden around Welia campuses

When: April 16th to April 26^th   

Where: All campuses AND virtually on the intranet for our remote workers 😊

Why: Get staff up and moving around the campus, interacting with all departments

How: The more tokens you collect, the more items you can add to your succulent bar

Reward for participating will be given out at the following times:

Hinckley 4/29 11am-1pm in the break room

Pine City 4/30 11am-1pm in the break room

Mora 5/1 10:30am-12pm and 1pm-2pm in Meeting Room 1

Hello Welia, 

On behalf of the Welia Way Team, we invite employees to “The Buzz” (our new semi-annual training event) and to celebrate our 5-Star Achievement. The event will serve as an opportunity for employees to become familiar with each of our Welia Way teams and their purpose. This is also a re-commitment event to the Behaviors of Excellence, which has been given a buzzworthy refresh. This event will be presented in an open house format so staff can attend as their schedules allow. A variety of dates and times are scheduled to accommodate each location and each shift.

They are as follows:

September 13^th, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm in the Mora Meeting Rooms 1, 2, & 3 September 14^th, 6:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Mora Meeting Rooms 1, 2, & 3  September 21^st, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in Hinckley
September 25^th, 7:30 am – 1:00 pm in the Pine City Ambulance Garage 

Attendance is mandatory, and attending in-person is preferred. However, we understand schedules may not allow in-person participation, therefore, a recorded video presentation following the celebration will be available. A commitment time of 15 minutes is recommended. There will be a drawing for prizes along with cupcakes and refreshments!
