This publication highlights FirstLight’s policy and procedure on Strep Throat and Conjunctivitis.  This benefit is offered to FirstLight employees only with no stipulations, as long as you are an employee you qualify to receive this benefit.

New Application Process

Effective today, December 20th, our application process has changed.  Below are instructions on how to apply for internal job positions within FirstLight Health System.  These instructions are also posted on the HR page of the Intranet.  We are very excited for this change and look forward to the process improvements that it brings.    

All applicants will be required to create a user ID and password. This will enable you to monitor your progress through the application process. If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources.

There are three ways to access change forms:
1. E-mail Human Resources requesting forms, or
2.
Stop by Human Resources to pick up forms or
3.
Check out the employee intranet for all forms, the PowerPoint presentation and the 2017 employee booklets can be found there.

All forms must be completed and returned to Human Resources no later than November 28, 2016.
