Happy Monday! Below is information on Employee Blood Draws taking place during Employee Health Days.
Join us for the new and improved Employee Health Days! Stop in for Flu shots, lab draws, Covid tests* (Covid vaccines pending supply arrival), Tetanus shots, and of course… cookies! We hope to see you there.
For employees working in Hinckley and Pine City-please stop by registration and ask for employee flu shot. Cookies will be delivered on Sept 18th for those vaccinated offsite.

Flu, Covid-19* and tetanus vaccines available at no cost.
*Updated supply information about COVID-19 boosters will be shared as soon as it is made available.
• Blood draws
Metabolic and lipid screenings available at no cost.
Look for a sign-up sheet in the hospital lab.
• Covid-19 test kits
Pick up at-home Covid-19 tests at no cost.
• FIT Testing
It is an annual requirement from OSHA that has fallen off our schedule on an annual basis. Welia Health’s policy states: FIT testing will be provided to a core group of Hospital and Clinic Nurses (RNs/LPNs), Health Care Providers, Facility Operations, Anesthesia, Radiology, Ambulance, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Respiratory Therapy personnel.
Self schedule for:
No designated times.
• Ask a nurse to administer vaccines.
• Ask lab staff for blood draws.
In Hinckley and Pine City, free cookies will be available on

Anyone vaccinated outside of clinic times will
receive a coupon for a FREE cookie!

• Mora campus, meeting room 3: 7:30am-4pm – Wednesday, September 25th
• Mora campus, meeting room 4: 7:30am-4pm – Wednesday, October 2nd
• Mora campus, meeting room 2: 7:30am-1:30pm – Thursday, October 3rd
• Hinckley and Pine City campuses: employees are encouraged to seek out someone on the nursing staff to give them their flu shot.

Please note our organizational’s influenza vaccination numbers. We encourage all of you “stragglers” to get your shot as soon as possible! Shots are available at any of the nurses stations.
