Becoming the best place to receive health care on the planet starts with all of us!

It is our mission to support and improve the health of the communities we serve.

Each quarter, we monitor our results for providing excellent care and patient experiences, and we will post the results.

Please keep in mind that most results are posted two months after the care is delivered.


There will be three types of reports that will be posted here:

1. Patient Experience-any setting that sends a survey to a patient will be on the report. The results are displayed by percentile ranking. Percentile means how well we do compared to everyone else that our vendor uses. For example, a 90th percentile ranking means we did better than 90% of the other places. Our goal is to be the best!

2. Clinic Quality Measures-our goals are set each year, but follow the state reporting rules. Our results are available on a monthly basis.

3. Hospital Quality Measures-the measures are determined by state reporting rules. We strive to achieve a 95% success rate.
