Join us this winter for many fun-filled wellness activities!

Wellness Challenge: Between Dec 16th-Jan 3rd get access to (AND use the facility at least once) the Welia Center in Mora, Hinckley, or the employee gyms and receive a fun prize! Also be entered to win a pair of shoes. Send an email and a photo to pnelson@welia.org.

How to get access? As an employee you have FREE access to the Welia Center in Mora and Pine City along with the employee gym. Email Paige Nelson with any questions.

Mora Welia Center: Complete the Welia Center Relias. Then see Britta in HR to receive your fob.

Hinckley Welia Center: Stop in the school district office to get your fob

Employee Gym: Complete a short walk through with a rehab staff member to gain access.

Welia Center Open Gym-12/11 6-8pm

Join us for open gym at the Welia Center in Mora! We will have court space from 6-8pm for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, etc!

REINDEER RELAYS! We are also hosting REINDEER RELAYS! Sign up as a group of 4 to compete a mile as a team. Dress up! The fastest team will win a prize 🙂 Registration required: email Paige Nelson to participate.

Employee Gym Open House: Join us January 6-8th for an open house for the employee gym. This is a great opportunity to see what’s available to use and ask questions. Visit for a chance to win a pair of shoes!

Rehab staff will be available for tours as well on the following dates:

Jan 6th: Open house 8-1pm: tours from 8am-11am.

Jan 7th: Open house from 8-2pm: tours from 11am-2pm.

Jan 8th: Open house from 4pm-8pm: tours from 6pm-8pm.

Members join us for our annual Turkey Trot at the Welia Center! (you’re a member if you have a fob :))

Complete a 5k at the Welia Center during the hours of 6am-10am Thanksgiving morning and earn a prize! Fastest time receives a prize basket!
