How to Enroll
Enroll Online: weliahealth.ease.com
To reset your password click ‘Forgot?’ and the system will walk you through the process. HR can reset your passwords and get you your login information. Please email hr@welia.org and we will send you this information.
Once you get started, you may, at any time during the process, log out and log back in later to complete your enrollment. Your selections will autosave. Please be sure to click all the way through to signing the documents, clicking finish, and submit.
Note: Even if you plan to waive all benefits, it is still required for you to schedule a meeting or self-enroll to designate your beneficiaries and capture your waivers in the enrollment system. Please remember that to continue with benefits for 2025 you DO have to complete one of the above steps for enrollment, either self-enroll or enroll with a benefits counselor, even if you are waiving coverage. Some new hires just completed this process, and yes, you will have to enroll for 2025.
