Random Acts of Kindness Week

This week, February 11th – 17th, is Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Week.

RAK week was started by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, a non-profit foundation that believes in spreading kindness throughout schools, communities and homes.

In honor of RAK Week, members of the Community Service Committee will be out and about delivering ‘seeds of happiness’ this week to random people in our communities.  These little lumps of smiley-faced clay will serve as a reminder to whomever receives them that a simple smile is enough to help spread kindness across a community.
