WELCOME TO THE NEW INTRANET!
New Design, New Technology, New Lay-out, New Navigation
We are so excited to have this launch today, it has certainly been a work in progress! Note a couple of things:
- The right hand side of the INTRAnet is static and includes the Quick Sort, Photos, the Lunch / Dinner menu, Event Calendar, Suggestion Form and Emergency Codes.
- The Quick Sort is the way to find certain posts by category. For example, searching Marketing will bring up ALL posts that are categorized as Marketing.
- The newest information will always be at the top.
- We re-organized the tabs:
Need a little Help: all help related type resources: Sisu, Excellian, TLC (medical equipment) Maintenance, SharePoint, etc.
Human Resources: shows benefits, EAP, Estub, forms, job openings, w4 and the like
Employee Central: remains the same as it was on the old site, the directory, applause cards, classified ads, birthdays, employee email, lunch and learn, etc.
Training and Education: includes: Swank and new employee orientation quizzes
Meeting Minutes: a place for all meeting minutes no matter which department
- Please know that no matter how many people proofed this, there are bound to be a few missed errors. If you find an error, it is an EASY fix, just email Kim the problem (ktepley@welia.org) or call@x3328 and it will be addressed.
6) If you have suggestions about other items to have added or functionality please reach out via the Suggestion box or to Kim.
Thank you again for being patient through this process! Have a wonderful day! J Kim
Be advised:
The old site will not be available at all after the 28th of September. If for some reason you are not able to access things, here are the important and most utilized links that can be used in the meantime:
If you are still experiencing issues on Monday, the 21st, please submit a SISU help ticket.
