Chase assisted the ER staff during a very busy night by answering phone calls, answering call lights, assisting patients to the bathroom, running samples to lab and cleaning dirty rooms. His teamwork and professionalism allowed the ER staff to focus on the critical care needs for multiple patients

Hello Everyone, we will begin sharing the monthly results for our organizational growth and finance goals.
For April 2024 year-to-date, we are exceeding our Finance Goal as our operating margin is at 5.2%. We are also exceeding our Growth Goal as our gross patient charges are at 107% of budget.
This will also serve as a reminder for those with departmental budgets that financials are ready for review in Oracle.

Reason for Recognition? He went above and beyond for me and my patient who was here for a colonoscopy and needed to have a barium enema done in the near future. I called down to ask questions about the procedure and prep, as well as more clarification regarding the scheduling. He answered all of my questions. Later on, as I was explaining everything to the family and patient, Jake popped in with a packet of information including a scheduled date and time for the patient! The family and patient were very relieved that they didn't need to wait for scheduling to call/call them and/or wait for prep instructions and were very happy that everything was set up for them upon leaving. Thank you so much Jake!!
