Reason for Recognition? Urgency has been hit hard with staffing challenges for the summer months and the team has pulled together and supported each other where they can. They have filled gaps, asked questions, given feedback, tried new things, and are all still smiling. We are so thankful for each and everyone of you! And very grateful for all of your hard work in these busy times!

Reason for Recognition? Tara has gone above and beyond facilitating home oxygen for patients in RTs absence this week. She has made patients discharges very smooth.
She has also been a huge help reaching out to EHR for patients admission statuses.

Reason for Recognition? Patient wanted to tell Urgency Services how wonderful they were on 6/24/2022. They saved his life on Friday. They wanted him to go to ED and he had signed a release to go by private car. He was waiting for his wife and they told him to just have a seat. While he was sitting there, he had a heart attack and went into cardiac arrest. They saved his life! He and his wife are so thankful for each and every one of them that worked to bring him back. Isn’t that amazing!!!
