We’re excited to announce the launch of Oracle, our new cloud-based system designed to simplify key tasks for you. Starting March 24th, you’ll use Oracle for:
- Time Keeping: Clock in and out effortlessly.
- Absence Requests: Manage your time away efficiently.
- Access to Payslips: View your pay information instantly.
Oracle is a powerful, integrated system that replaces multiple existing tools, bringing human resources, finance, and supply chain management together in one place.
Enhancements you’ll notice include the ability to view and update personal information (such as direct deposit accounts and amounts, address changes, W-4 form selections, emergency contacts, etc.), name changes (with required documentation uploaded for approval), and much more!

- Intranet: One-click access from the alert bar at the top of every page
- Welia Health Desktop: Oracle Web Clock (Hyperlink will be available once the environment is available March 24th)
