Reason for Recognition? Our surgery patients' and our department are grateful for the meds to beds addition to the surgery department. The community pharmacy is very quick to fill our post op patients' scripts in a timely manner, and we thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond. The patients love the convenience of filling their prescriptions at Welia pharmacy post-surgical, even if they don't typically fill here, one less step to worry about during their recovery phase.

We often think of paperwork as just that... paperwork, but for some people the timeliness of completion and ability to arrive at the needed destination on time is life changing. Welia Health Scholarships

Welia Health is offering a $2,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior from each of the following school districts: Mora, Ogilvie, Hinckley, and Pine City. The scholarship is renewable (for up to four years) if the recipient continues to be enrolled full-time (maintaining a minimum credit load of 12 semester credits) in a two or four-year post-secondary degree program in an area of healthcare. The student must maintain a 3.2 cumulative GPS while in college.

Welia Health Volunteer group is offering a $1,000 scholarship intended to assist graduating high school students with the cost of furthering their education or continuing their studies in a healthcare/medical sciences field. This scholarship is a one-time, non-renewable payout of $1,000. The applicant must be living in Kanabec or Pine County.
