Reason for Recognition? While on her way back to the office, Mel noticed a patient looked lost. She couldn't remember where she parked or what entrance she came in at, so Mel walked with her to both the clinic and the ED entrance with the patient until she found her car! Way to go the extra mile for our community member Mel!

Reason for Recognition? Last Friday a patient of Beth and Nikki's came in to be triaged due to not feeling well. Nikki seen the patient and worked it out with Beth to add their patient onto their schedule. Patient was so grateful that they could see her without having an appointment.

Reason for Recognition? Coding was not seeing a flow sheet in Epic that we need in order to bill a service. Coding was not sure which CMA to contact and Dr. Dubay responded very quickly to the query so coding was able to contact the CMA. Carleen in turn contacted the patient to go over the flow sheet questions again since for some reason they didn't save to the chart.
